Natasha Kasselis Psychology
About NatashaNatasha is a psychologist who knows that life can get tough sometimes and difficult to manage. She understands that sometimes there are things that are too overwhelming to face alone and how as humans, we yearn to be held and supported along the way. Natasha is passionate about meeting you where you are at, providing a trauma sensitive collaborative approach in her work, which can be as directive or as open and flexible as you need.
Natasha draws upon a range of evidence-based modalities that include: somatic/sensorimotor, compassion based and cognitive behaviour therapies, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), guided imagery, parts work (voice dialogue), attachment based and more. Knowing that everyone is unique, Natasha places an emphasis on deep, responsive listening, adaptive exploration and creating a safe space for you to speak your innermost thoughts, honouring all parts of yourself. |
When I'm not working as a psychologist:"I love embodied movement and activities that push my edges- at the moment I am loving contact improv dance, rollerblading, indoor rock climbing- they all seem to push me to grow in different ways and challenge me to show up and really anchor into safety, even in the unknown."
