Natasha Kasselis Psychology
About NatashaSometime life can get tough and feels like it is difficult to manage and too overwhelming to face alone. I am a psychologist and EMDR therapist who is passionate about meeting you where you are at and provide a trauma sensitive collaborative approach where treatment can be as directive or as flexible as you need. Knowing that everyone is unique, I place an emphasis on deep, responsive listening, adaptive exploration and creating a safe space for you to speak your innermost thoughts, so that you can honour all parts of yourself.
I am a holistic and integrative practitioner, drawing upon a range of evidence-based modalities including: EMDR, somatic/sensorimotor, parts work, compassion based and cognitive behaviour therapies, guided imagery, attachment and mindfulness approaches. I offer both in person/online weekly ongoing therapy, as well as EMDR intensives for those people who are looking for an accelerated form of specialised therapy to help feel better, faster. |
When I'm not working as a psychologist:"I love embodied movement and activities that push my edges- at the moment I am loving contact improvisation dance, rollerblading, indoor rock climbing- they all seem to push me to grow in different ways and challenge me to show up and really anchor into safety, even in the unknown."
